Kazakhstanis planning to construct its fourth oil refinery in Mangistau Oblast - the country's west - in cooperation with Iran and China.

 

The approximate minimum amount of investment in the construction of the project is estimated at $6 billion. Chinese companies are willing to enter the project with investments estimated at $5 billion.
